My name is Pardeep Poria and I have been working as a Web Developer since a couple of years now, 5 years to be exact. My key skills are PHP, React JS MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, Codeigniter, CakePHP, Laravel, WordPress, Web Services, Curl, Htaccess, Performance optimization, WordPress theme customisation, WordPress plugin creation and customisation, Github and APIs like google maps, ArcGIS maps, Esri maps, facebook graph API, LinkedIn API, Twitter API, game APIs like Evoplay, Isoftbet, eGaming, Sportsbook, Eyecon and the list goes on.
What I expect from you :
1) Clear instructions: It is a must to save time and complete the work properly.
2) Payment on time: It is as vital as other points because I can not carry on the work unless you pay me and I have my reasons. I don’t like hearing excuses like the bank is taking time, will pay in a few days and so on. I work honestly and I need you to try to show some respect by paying on time.
3) Expanding the work: I expect that you never expand the work without notifying because it will make us RE-CONSIDER the PRICING as it would require more efforts and time.
4) Type of Job: I prefer hourly jobs as it always guarantees that I would get paid for all the work and time I invested in the job.

What you could expect from me :
1) Decent Availability: I will always respond even if it is not my work hours and 7 days a week. My sleeping hours is the only exception here.
2) Advice: I would always advise the best whenever asked.
3) Delivery: I would deliver the work on time except for the times when you keep providing me more work which was not pre-decided as it would cause the delays.
4) Truth: I have nothing to hide from you and I like to respond in truth only.
5) Pricing: I always try to advise you with genuine expenses.
6) After Contract Closing: I will always be there to fix the things for 2 WEEKS of time for FREE, please note I said fix, I will still charge if you ask me for further features.
7) Efficiency: I am much more efficient than the other developers out there and I know this as I have been working since long now.
8) Overcharging: I DON’T NEED YOUR EXTRA MONEY and I do not believe in charging recklessly, I just expect that you only pay for the work I do.
